- Nightly stays may require a smaller deposit.
- Deposits are applied toward your total reservation cost.
- Your deposit
is due at the time of booking, securing your cabin and taking it off the open market.
- For groups reserving multiple cabins, a larger deposit is required.
- We may collect the remaining balance up to 90 days before arrival for reservations involving multiple
cabins.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your
deposit is non-refundable. You are responsible for the remaining balance of your reservation if you should need to cancel
less than 90 days prior to your reservation arrival date.
